Pricing is customised based on volume, service frequency (one-time or scheduled), bin/container size, and location. One-time purges often start from a minimum fee per box or bin, while scheduled services use monthly rates for regular pickups. Contact us for a free, no-obligation quote tailored to your needs.

Our standard 240 L secure lockable wheelie bins are ideal for most offices and sites. Each 240L bin typically holds the equivalent of 5–6 standard archive boxes (depending on how full the boxes are and paper density). 

Most paper documents with sensitive information (PII, financials, HR records, contracts) are accepted. Small metal items like staples, paper clips, and binder clips are fine too. We handle cross-cut shredding of paper, and many locations accept CDs, DVDs, USBs, and other media.

Do not include electronics (full hard drives go in specialized destruction), hazardous materials, food waste, plastics (beyond small amounts), or large binders/books unless pre-arranged. This keeps the process safe and compliant—consult our materials policy for details.

One-time services are priced per pickup/volume (ideal for cleanouts), while scheduled programs offer better per-unit rates with locked bins and regular service for ongoing compliance. Scheduled often saves money long-term for businesses with consistent document flow.

Our Certified Information Security Professionals can perform a free assessment of your workspace to estimate paper volume and recommend optimal bin capacities and pickup schedules (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) to avoid overflows.

Most quotes include pickup, shredding, recycling, and a Certificate of Destruction. Potential add-ons could include same-day/priority service, extra bins, or specialized media destruction. We’ll transparently outline everything in your quote.

For drop-off services, we recommend using our secure bags or bringing documents in sealed boxes/bags. This ensures chain of custody and easy processing. Check with your local branch for exact drop-off guidelines and pricing.

Higher volumes typically lower the per-pound or per-bin rate. If a bin fills before your scheduled pickup, call us for an unscheduled collection (often at a standard rate). We can also adjust bin size or frequency to better match your needs.
