I chose to load my car and just went there unanounced and was greeted by the friendly people there as soon as I drove in. I loaded my paperwork for destruction into their lockable blue bin straight from the boot of my car, handed them my old mobile phones and laptop, paid, got a receipt and a week later received two destruction certificates for the paper and electronics.
