Pick-up Notice: When purchasing a pack of 2 bags, collection is included for both bags together. Please note we do not collect single bags separately.

Bag Access: Drivers cannot move bags upstairs or downstairs. If your premises does not have lift or ramp access, bags will be delivered and collected at Ground Floor only.

Restricted Items: Only uniforms, clothing, and fabric-based materials are allowed in the bags. Please do not place cardboard, paper, plastics, metals, hangers, or general waste inside the textile bags.

Contamination Fee: A surcharge of $110–$300 +GST per bag will apply if non-textile items are placed in the bags.

Collection Access: If bags are not accessible on the confirmed pickup date, a call-out fee of $55 will be charged.

Delivery Schedule: We are unable to provide specific delivery times, as drivers arrange their runs on the day of delivery and collection.

Bag Orders: Orders for textile bags are non-refundable. Any unused bags will not be credited or refunded if left unfilled after delivery.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours (2 business days) in advance to receive a refund. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $40 fee.
